These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WallArtTools website and Service operated by WallArtTools ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
WallArtTools is a SaaS platform for wall-art sellers that helps you create and manage listings, generate AI artwork, create mockups, fulfill orders (print files, shipping workflows) and analyze sales by connecting to the Etsy Open API v3 with your authorization.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Etsy Integration
To use core features you must connect at least one Etsy shop you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize us to access your Etsy data via OAuth 2.0 within the scopes you grant. You may revoke access at any time.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
- Plans (Starter, Growth, Professional, Enterprise) are described on our pricing page. Limits apply per plan.
- Certain features (e.g. AI generation) consume credits included in your plan or purchased separately. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from your account at any time.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated by us in writing.
- We may change pricing with at least 14 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate the Etsy API Terms of Use, applicable laws, or third-party rights
- Attempt to circumvent the Etsy API (e.g. screen-scraping)
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. You warrant that you own or hold all necessary rights to any artwork or images you upload to the Service
- Reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the Service
- Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications
6. AI-Generated Content
AI features use third-party providers (currently OpenAI). AI-generated text and images may contain errors or inaccuracies and are provided as drafts: you are responsible for reviewing all generated content and verifying that it complies with the provider's terms, applicable laws and Etsy's policies before publishing it. We make no warranty regarding the ownership or registrability of intellectual property rights in AI-generated content.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your content and Etsy content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your content; you grant us a limited license to host, process and display it solely to operate the Service.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
10. Termination
You can terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for legal reasons. Upon termination we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
